Your echeveria is Perle von Nunburg. As for the others, I'm no expert, but just off the top of my head, I would suggest:
1. Torch cactus
2. ?
3. Joseph's Coat (Opuntia monacantha 'Variegata')
4. ?
5. ?
6. Cereus - Cereus (Cereus repandus 'Monstrosus')
7 Opuntia microdasys
8. Ladyfinger Cactus (Mammillaria elongata)
9. Monstrose form of Eve's Needle Cactus (Austrocylindropuntia subulata) or
Austrocylindropuntia (Austrocylindropuntia cylindrica 'Cristata')

Hopefully the experts will be along soon.
