I found this useful site online. Many ways to deter the gophers!
There was a full gallon of fish emulsion on the shelf, so I just gave 5 of the 8 beds
the fish treatment.( a few tablespoons to a few gallons of water.) The article said the gophers don't like strong smells, so it was castor oil yesterday...fishiness today!
If this works, it will be doing two jobs at once - deterrence and fertilizing. I hadn't been using the fish emulsion up to now because it smelled so bad! My hands stink!
