TK- Juiciness is mostly a function of variety. Western shippers have very firm flesh, whereas eastern shippers have the melt in your mouth juiciness. Most of the antiques are more juicy. The firm almost crisp types were developed for long distance shipping.
Athena, the most popular eastern market type.
