I have had this plant for many years. I have always thought that it had a mind of its own as to when Christmas should be.

No street lights here in my rural neighborhoods. Could the headlights of cars affect bloom time? I do live on a road where headlights would shine on the plant. Not too many cars go by, but some would do so throughout the night.
