Ron, My thinking is 'P. Kayla', 'P. Leisha' and 'Rainbow Red' are the same. I have not seen R. R in person only in photos and that is listed as the name with the International Cordyline Society. My two plants came from two different islands in Hawaii. It becomes confusing as regional names are many times attached to these plants. I grow mine with the regional name they originate under. In my garden you would see the same looking plant under different names.
Another well known one is 'Miss Andrea'(I know how that name came attached) , Chocolate Dancer', 'Mocha Latte' and 'Chocolate Queen' I grow all four of these, and if I were a betting man I would say they were the same. At times of the year I think they look a little different, but that just may be my mind seeing what it wants to see.
