There is a similar thread about the leaves of lemon tree grown indoors falling. But such is the way it grows, it will drop the leaves when cold season sets in. Even if it is indoors with warm temps, with less light it will drop the leaves. But you are doing good keeping it moist. Just be patient, try to spritz the stems, indoor dry heat dries them quite fast.
