have you had any problems with heleniums causing you to sneeze uncontrollably?
Just a good one if you got too close?

My seeds arrived yesterday......plant in the spring or now?

If you suffer from hayfever any plant with a lot of pollen be it Heleniums, grasses or tree flowers will cause you to sneeze.
