I just stumbled across this, and I don't think this is the "Queen's poppy" variety of Papaver somniferum.
The "Queen's poppy" variety is a soft orange-coral color with a white Maltese cross in the center. I grow them, and they are definitely not this rich, solid, pink. You can also see just under the sepals in this picture, a dark purple color. The "Queen's poppy" does not have this (it is pure white).

I think a lot of the confusion may come because the darker colored "Danish flag" varieties (fringed or unfringed) are sometimes called "Danish Queen's Poppy." So they get sold, grown, and photographed as "Queen's poppy," and they are also more prone to have solid-colored blooms from what I've seen.
