This is a long-standing mis-ID, the true Allium bucharicum has large wide leaves and enormous heads of tan color flowers (along the lines of Allium schubertii). Most often plants bearing this name are a small form of Allium paniculatum with reddish/white flowers, less than 12" tall. The narrow foliage looks like paniculatum.
