Gasteria hybrid
Full size photo here.
This is a hybrid Gasteria. More recent pics (larger plants) here. The texture on the leaves is quite interesting. These are 3 gallon (10 inch) pots.
The seed parent was this plant, the pollen parent was a green leafed plant.
Here is a sibling from the same cross which looks more like the pollen parent.
These are the flowers.
