This is not Aloe humilis but maybe a hybrid such as "Blue Elf". The leaves are wide and lack the little surface bumps characteristic of the species. Take a look at the pictures on this page for comparison.

Do you have any other info which might help ID the plant? Otherwise I would like to propose that it be moved to the generic Aloe listing. Please let me know what you think.
