Any day you wake up on the sunny side of the grass is a good day.

Thanks, Sue. As we say in the South, "'preciate ya."

You're welcome, and thank you for the compliment. This was taken at the North Carolina Welcome Station on I-40 in the Smoky Mountains. One year our RV group traveled all the way to New England to see the fall colors, but got there before they turned. We just happened to be traveling to visit relatives in NC about this time of the year when this picture was taken.

The Smokies are so beautiful at fall foliage time. My husband and I always go there for a long weekend around our October wedding anniversary. We didn't make it this year due to health issues.
We usually go to NC either in the fall or spring as my high school has a luncheon at that time for any and all graduates, however, due to other commitments, we won't be able to go this year. Unfortunately, the group gets smaller each year.

Thanks, Rick. It was my first attempt at a banner.
