Not sure if this is a bug? At the bottom of each page on all areas of the website, the name of the site banner (with a link attached) usually shows. It's not doing that today:

When you don't add anything in the Banner Title section, that's what it looks like. You only wrote Scilla Spring in the banner info section. I usually catch it but missed that one.
I just edited it and it's now fixed.
