I agree, the main plant climbing the tree in that photo isn't Ficus villosa.
My first thought was that it resembled Cissus javana (Rex Begonia Vine) but the leaf color and main stem aren't right for that either.

The upper (older) leaves on the vine appear large which has me wondering if it might be a variety of Scindapsus or something else in the Araceae family. Shrug!

At first I didn't think it was a match for Cissus javana but I just went out and took a closer look at a little one I have growing on a Phoenix Palm in my pool area and it does look quite similar.

I wonder if perhaps there are more than one plant climbing that tree? Ficus villosa is a shingling plant whose leaves lay flat against tree bark. At the bottom right on the tree, there appears to be leaves that are flatly attached to the bark; perhaps that is the Ficus villosa?
