I bought the bulbs from Holland Bulb farm about 2 months ago. I planted them. They were marked stargazer. They are stargazer
I tip my hat to you.

This is some Asiatic or LA hybrid. Stargazer is Oriental (div. VII) hybrid and it looks different with big spotted outfacing flowers. Mislabeled bulbs are unfortunately common especially for Stargazer. I think moderators removed so many fake Stargazer photos over the last few years.

Web, looking at your pics, I'm not sure. There does seem to be a lighter color edge, and spots in the middle of your blooms, but these features are very faint compared to other pics of 'Stargazer.' I am not sure how pronounced those features are required to be to call the lily 'Stargazer.'

Could some aspect of the conditions cause the difference? Could it just need more time to establish, to bloom in future years with the more pronounced 'Stargazer' features? I have no idea.

The blooms on your plant do not look like those in the pics on the company website. It is possible for anybody to make a mistake. I am not familiar with that company, just because I have only ordered plant stuff online from 1 other company, and don't follow discussions or ads for plants online.

No, this is clearly mislabeled. It looks like div. I or div. VIII lily. Anyone with experience growing lilies will immediately recognize that this is no Stargazer.

@WebTucker Did you plant any other lilies near this one? Maybe the bulbs of other cultivars got mixed up when you planted them.
