That's real close to the limit. Brian Kemble's list of hardly aloes says it may reach 17°F in habitat but recommends a minimum in cultivation of 20°F. So I would think probably not, unless you have a unusually warm microclimate.
I actually got that plant more for its flowers, before I discovered its many shades of green, brown, purple, and red. The flowers are completely covered by bracts and only the orange filaments are visible. That plant still has not flowered, but I look forward to the day it reaches sexual maturity.
