Of the 12 eggs in the incubator, 9 chicks managed to survived and thrive. They are now outside in a temporary enclosure, a gift from my local gardening friends. Short YouTube video -

The neglected Dianthus and Ajuga in the front garden beds are looking good.
No photos but my phone charger tried to burn down the house but luckily only burned my thumb and forefinger. The company sent me a replacement phone. Woohoo!
One of the older hens decided to hatch some eggs. She sat on a bunch of eggs and finally one egg hatched. She immediately abandoned all the other eggs and it doting on this one chick. My chickens have to earn their names so the hen is now Princess Laya and the single chick is Hen Solo. The hen is out in the front yard every day showing the chick how to find food.
Short video to show what a good mother she is. (Wait until the end.)
