Hi Kim, I've been out of touch with the forum for a few days. It looks like you had a nice combination of buds and foliage for your banner. I didn't recognize the plant, either. The database said Oleander is showy and fragrant---sounds like my kind of plant! Smiling Thanks for sharing! Smiling
