Hi, my lemon tree has been losing alot of leaves lately. I've been watering it consistently every week or so. Most of the leaves are from the bottom branch. Should I prune the branches and how far back? Any other tips?

There is a similar thread about the leaves of lemon tree grown indoors falling. But such is the way it grows, it will drop the leaves when cold season sets in. Even if it is indoors with warm temps, with less light it will drop the leaves. But you are doing good keeping it moist. Just be patient, try to spritz the stems, indoor dry heat dries them quite fast.

add as much humidity as you can. We don't have the heat on too much around here but for those cold periods when it runs steadily the indoor plants all show some leaf drop. I often put small containers of water on the soil or around the pot.

Hi! Mine has done the exact same thing. In fact, it lost 2/3 of its leaves. Luckily they slowly do come back!

When I move mine outdoors, I give some Epsom Salts and Ironite (or similar).

Seems to help my Lemons, Limes, Key Limes and Clementines to recover. They take a major hit indoors over winter.
