Such a lovely garden! What is the silvery green tall skinny stemmed plant with drooping pinkish(?) flowers? Gorgeous!

I wish I knew. It is some type of sempervivum, but I am not sure which. I wish I knew. Thank you
Edit- it is an echeveria. I am going to try to gently transplant it today because it's going to be in the 20s tomorrow night!

Just S of the twin cities of M (Zone 4b)
Do not think it's a semp, but it is some sort of succulent. Maybe an echervia of some sort
