I thought Echeveria. The leaves are thinner than I would think a graptoveria would be. But I've never seen one in person to know for sure. Can graptoveria have thin(ner) leaves? The ones I have looked at pictures of have always had chubby leaves.

Yes, that's possible. Graptoveria is a hybrid between Graptopetalum and Echeveria so the leaves may be thinner than on the former.
