I saw this while I was walking this morning.
I'm in zone 6a.
I didn't get a great look at the leaves , but they might have been grasslike? I'm going back later and can look harder.

I agree with Wild Garlic (Allium vineale). We had it in California in the mountains and it looks like Kentucky has it too.
