You're having good germination for plants planted earlier this month. I would expect that some will begin flowering in the next month or so. Some will probably bloom in the summer or fall. The general idea of this kind of seed mix is to have plants blooming throughout the season so that there's usually something for pollinators.
Some of the seeds included in your mix may be for biennial plants which won't flower until next year, but most are probably annuals (bloom one year only), or perennials (bloom each year). If you don't still have the seed package telling you which flower seeds are included, you may be able to find a list of plants included online, and look them up to see what they look like. Alternately, you could take a few close-up photos of plants that you aren't sure of, and see if anyone can ID them from the pictures. It can be tricky to tell one immature plant from another, though.
There certainly could be some weeds in there, but I can't ID any of the plants from your photo.
Good luck,
Virginia
