Without an insect food source, I wonder if it can survive through the winter?
If it's the native little green tree Frog usually found on the east coast of the U.S. they were once popular as terrarium pets.

You might inquire of a local pet shop to see if they sell insects like crickets, mealworms or earthworms that you could feed it during the winter.
edited to say: Many frogs go into a turpor state during cold months, where their system slows down and they kinda hibernate until the weather warms up again but I'm not sure what a frog would do indoors in the warmth of a home. I'd think, if you can feed it and supply humidity and water (in the bromeliad) it may just survive. Of course, if you have pets in the house and the little froggie isn't confined in an enclosed area.. it may become a snack for your pet ... or you could find it jumping and hopping about different rooms of the house.
I recently brought some plants in from the rain and found 2 little tree frogs that I had to rescue before the dogs found them.
