Hello! This is the place to post your wish lists of seeds you would love to see offered in this swap. [In order to prevent confusion with the actual swap wishlists (which have star ratings), I chose not to label this thread 'wish lists.'] Many times members have more seeds available than they initially offer and are happy to harvest something they have if/when they see that another member wants it, so don't be shy about stating what it is that you would like to see offered in the swaps. If someone has it, chances are they will make a point of offering it if they see you would like it!

Please ONLY post your wish list here. Any and all other comments and conversation should go in other threads.

Also, please only post your wish list ONCE and come back to edit/update it as needed.

Please adhere to these rules, I will be fairly strict about them so that members can quickly skim wish lists without having to wade through any conversation or extraneous information. Those things belong in other threads. If you have questions about someone's wish list, please contact them through Tree-Mail or tag them with your question in the 'Seed Discussion' thread.

Hi, I'm new here and so excited to find you all.

I just have a tiny balcony nowadays, but, I'd like:

any small/tiny flower bulbs, especially heirlooms - like grape hyacinths, (Muscari armeniacum), crocus, snowdrops (Galanthus), freesias.

Jenn, even though I only have 14 varieties of daylilies, I just happen to have 3 of the ones on your list. Are you looking for open pollinated, self-pollinated, or specific crosses? What I have that is on your list is Red Volunteer, Orange Velvet and Fooled Me.

Hello, everyone! Please turn your seed discussions (even if they are about desire seeds) to the other chat threads in the swap. That way, we can keep this thread exclusively to the lists, making it easier for people to see the lists and so we don't have anyone's list buried between discussions. Thanks for understanding, everyone!

Here's some of what I'd love to find at the plant swap. I haven't listed many specific varieties because, for most plants, I'm okay with a mixed variety. So, if you have unidentified mixes of things, I'd be happy to have them. I like surprises :-)

Mexican Bush Sage (Salvia Leucantha)
Hyacinth Bean Vine
Eryngium (sea holly)
Spotted Beebalm (Monarda punctata)
Yarrow - Moonshine yellow
Dianthus (the short "pinks" types)
Moss Rose
Coleus
Celosia (Wheat Straw Types)
Heuchera/Heucherella
Petunias
Eryngium
Globe Amaranth
Four O Clocks
Dusty Miller
Verbascum
Hollyhocks (single flowered cottage types)
Liatris
Lambs Ears
Cosmos
Zinnias
Daisies
Money Plant
Anise Hyssop
Cardinal Flower
Hens and Chicks
+Any woodland things that might do well in eastern Tennesse

Hydrangeas
Azaleas
Rhododendrons
(I received some hydrangea seeds in last year's swap and was surprised at easily they grew, so I'd like to try more of this type of plant!)

I just realized that I haven't posted my wish list! I usually do that right after starting the thread, but I guess I must not have been sure what I wanted when I posted. I'm still not. Hilarious! Veggies/Herbs:
Chives
Cucumber - 'Dragon's Egg, 'Gagon'
Lemongrass
Radishes
Lettuce
Bell Peppers - Purple and orange varieties preferred;
Hot Peppers - 'Peter Peppers' (any color), 'Fish' pepper
Carrots - purple or red varieties, in particular

Flowers and leafy ornamentals:
Statice - 'Midnight Blue', 'Seeker Blue', or maybe even a white variety
Zinnias - 'California Giant', 'Zinderella White', 'Zinderella Red', 'Zwizzle Cherry' and 'Ivory',
'Benary's Giant Wine', 'Oriole',

Heuchera
Hosta (maybe)
Centaurea - "Classic Magic"
Gomphrena - "Audray White", "Strawberry Fields"
Scabiosa - "Merlot Red"
Rose of Sharon - seeds from very blue Rose of Sharons, only (such as "Blue Bird", "Azurri Blue Satin", "Blue Chiffon"....)
