Background history:
'Siloam David Kirchhoff' is a dormant diploid introduced in 1986 by Pauline Henry of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She registered 490 cultivars over a 37 year period. She passed away in 2000 (at the age of 92).

Siloam David Kirchhoff is an early to mid-season extended bloomer. It is listed as showing rust susceptibility. It has earned the following AHS awards: DCS: 1996, ATG: 1995, JC: 1986, Honorable Mention: 1990, and Award of Merit: 1993. It is pod and pollen fertile. It currently has 7 registered children:
