I bought this Yucca about 5 years ago and planted in my yard in Sarasota. It was much smaller. Today it is about 6-7 feet across and putting up a flower spike. Trying to find out more about it. Any insight would be appreciated.

Is that a yucca? It looks like an agave to me. Not sure. It is a perfect fit for that space.

Compare to Agave angustifolia var. marginata. Looks close.
