Maybe another yucca like Chaparral yucca - Yucca whipplei. Do you have access to these plants? When requesting an ID, you should try to give as many characteristics as possible. A picture of the plant, the leaves, stems, buds, flowers, whatever you can get. Location helps too or at least zone.

Well, I can see a little variegation. I still couldn't tell you what it is and I don't grow yucca much but looks like it is similar to Yucca gloriosa variegata just going by the variegation alone. I wouldn't consider this an ID, just a guess.

My understanding is that all Aleema's pictures are taken in London, UK, which would be equivalent to USDA Zone 9 in winter.

Definitely a Yucca but as to the species or cultivar,
