I am puzzled at this plant it's the opposite of all the other striped clematis I've seen. The Stipe is purple and the petal is pinkish/fuchsia.

I split your post off to it's own thread since it was unrelated to the ID question from the OP from 2012.
Those are called Bar or Accent Colors (you will see them listed in the database if applicable) and many clematis have them and they can vary in intensity depending on weather or culture.
For instance, my Ristimagi has pink bars

So yours is a lavender pink bloom with blue or violet bars and cream/white anthers. Doesn't look familiar to me, I'll check a bit through the database and see if anything resembles it.

Thank you very much Sue.
I remember when I purchased it years ago and planted it with another clematis I originally thought it was fireworks because that's what I had ordered although, that is what it came out to be.
It comes back in the same pot as one of a purple variety I planted it hoping for a little splash of something different. It comes back every year as the same plant although I've never questioned how it is in the reverse color of fireworks until today, there was a fire next door and it scorched most of my plants to the east of our backyard so it's scorched the other one's pretty bad and those always bloom just after the other ones so they are coming back as well as the other purple ones.
Again thank you for your time and thank you for splitting that I was in such a hurry got a lot going on right now.

Yes, looks to be the opposite in coloring for Clematis 'Fireworks' plus the anthers don't match.
