This baby doesn't want to stand up and fly right. I don't see any way to prop it up so I recoken as how my only course of action is to cut off it's head?? It has a pup or 2 comming up at the dirt line. Should I leave them or separate from the remaining stem...after I cut off it's head😏

I think the pups will thrive after the beheading. I think the plant would enjoy a bit more light if that's possible. Did it have an injury at the terminal growth point? It appears to be growing branches toward the top? That would be a contributing factor to its not remaining upright. Too much weight toward the top.
Honestly I don't remember where I had it last year so it's quite possible it may have gotten knocked over in a wind storm. 🤞🤞it will be a happier camper after surgery. Thanks

Cut the main stalk close to the bottom and the small pups coming up near the dirt line will get large and you will see even more pups sprouting off the base of the plant.
Each of the plantlets on the top can be separated and started in individual pots after they have callused.
So I cut off it's head. The main stalk was crooked so I removed the bottom pads until I was able to easily plant the top. I then put 12 of the pads into a cell pack to see if they would sprout...so far no new growth on them, but they also have not dried up and died.

No...put rooting hormone on them and stuck them in dirt...more an experiment than actually wanting/needing them to root 😏😏. If they make they make...if not that's ok too.
