I think it is the straight species, B. maculata, from the store and grower info. If it was a cultivar, CF would indicate it. Strangely enough, they don't give this plant a sale name/nickname at all. I'm not complaining, but that's unusual for them.

I suspect it may need more light to develop that coloration. The red on the back of other Begonia leaves can fade when brought inside for winter.
