Welcome! to the forum Rosietheherbgirl!
It's a Salvia, I just can't remember the species. I've grown it before and it was nice for foliage, but boy did it reseed itself everywhere.

Welcome!

Are the stems square? When you rub a leaf, is there any discerible smell?

Notice how the flowes on this plant are arranged in little rings around the stem. Lyreleaf Sage as single flowers.

Daisy is correct, Thumbs up it isn't Lyreleaf Sage. It looks so familiar and Lyreleaf was the first thing that came to mind but I should have looked more closely at the photos. *Blush*

I'll move this over to the Plant Identification Forum where it will get more views. Smiling

Salvia lyrata is also the first thing that popped into my head.
I wonder if it might be a different variety of Salvia lyrata. Thinking
Because I have a Lyreleaf Sage (Salvia lyrata 'Purple Volcano'), and its seedpods look similar to the one in the picture.
(The seed pods are around the stems, like a little tutu.)
But, the leaves are purple/round rather than green/rigid.

Here are the only pictures I have of the seedpods:

(I'm sorry that the photos are not very focused on the seedpods, but these were the only photos that I have that show the flowers/seedpods.)

I see whorls of flowers in all pics.
