Here is a test seedling sneak peak on Facebook from Mid-america, and I thought it was amazing.

I hope they release some of these "pansy-faced" ones on 2021.

Aw thanks! I tip my hat to you.
I've mostly been lurking until now.

I'm a novice irisarian, but irises bring me real joy. (Anxiety also Big Grin )

I also infected my dad with the iris madness last year.

I am really impressed by the rhizomes I bought from Schreiners this year. They arrived at the end of summer, right when my non-covid breathing complaint flared up. I'm not proud, I left the rhizomes in the box in the garage for a little over a month.

I put them in the ground, finally, and crossed my fingers. And I cannot believe the daughters I am seeing on both Fathom and Imbroglio. Those poor ladies, drying out in my garage, and they set off like champions.

I definitely want to give schreiners more of my business. They are building up their online catalog now, and already there are lots of new beauties that are new-to-me, but not their 21 releases yet. Actually the oranges and reds are really striking. They don't match my colors, but wow.

Hey there neighbor! (Nearly-neighbor) I tip my hat to you.

We will have to compare notes on weather and local info. Especially if there's an iris garden in the region. Hurray!

Tumalo Sunset is a great one. I really like. It stopped me in my tracks when I first saw it at Schreiner's. It's not listed as fragrant, but it has a sweet, peachy scent.
