But it's not Hibiscus syriacus. Now I think it's Hibiscus moscheutos 'Blue River II'

Sorry, I did not state things clearly enough. I did not mean to imply that it was... only that the picture reminded of White Pillar's blooms.

Hibiscus moscheutos, possible 'Blue River II'. It's the only cultivar I know of that's pure white.
