I took photos of a nice swath of an interesting spreading perennial that is sort of grass-looking, perhaps in the Lily Family, with tiny white flowers. This is in southeast Pennsylvania.

Thanks! Looking on page 66 of my Field Guide to Wildflowers, there is a less common species of False Solomon's-Seal called the Starry False Solomon's-Seal of Smilacina stellata, that has more narrow leaves, so that is what it must be.
