To me, this looks like a variegated cultivar. (which, yes, technically, is a disease, but an intentional.desirable one)
Additionally, we are having a cool spring, so trees are retaining their spring colors longer than they often do, which accounts for the pinkishness.
Do an image search for 'ukigumo' it looks very similar to your pictures.
What has it looked like in previous years? More green or less?
