plant data base not allowing me to add Chilean Silverskin garlic to database

I think I filled out correctly and also added URL for Chilean Silverskin garlic but it directed me to post a note to admin because it would not recognize this plant as valid.
Please advise.

Did you list the correct genus? I just created an entry with no problem by using Allium sativum as the botanical name.
