KFredenburg, thank you for your replay, but all the photos of bedbugs look totally different than these.
The insect in the photo was behind my clock on the wall and the rest of them came from behind my tabel

The insect is not clear or large enough in the picture for an ID although it could be some kind of beetle. Is there any kind of coloured pattern on it, it looks plain in the picture? If you could get a closer more detailed picture it would help.

Yes, legs, antennae, body segments, wings, markings - it does look like it might have some markings. Try taking a picture of one on white printer paper, that usually helps the camera/phone focus on the insect.

the nymph have varied patterns
I have seen a lot of them this winter getting inside

Might help where the bug is located(region / country?

The other bug with a similar pattern is a lace bug , but they have wings
..a balanced life is worth pursuit.
