I am now starting the 15th Daylily of the Day poll .... I am not sure if y'all want to keep this going?

The last poll we had was way back in March 2019. Luckily, many members gave me quite a list, but we are now almost out of daylily cultivars to showcase, so once again, I am asking members to please pick cultivars that they OWN. The more members that own a cultivar, the better (to have numerous evaluations). Please make sure that you post the correct name and spelling of the cultivars you list. You can list up to 20 cultivars that you actually own and are willing to post an evaluation for when the cultivar is featured as the Daylily of the Day. (A new cultivar will be posted every other day.)

List your 20 (or less) cultivars with just the full cultivar name only!

And don't forget that you can post an evaluation at any time to any of the Daylily of the Day threads. An acorn will be awarded for each evaluation. You can post "annual" evaluations of any cultivars at least a year after your previous evaluation of that cultivar. (And earn another acorn tip!) Previously featured Daylilies of the Day cultivar threads can be found in this forum. They are listed in alphabetical order:
https://garden.org/barn/potd/a...

Please check the above link, to make sure that any cultivars you list have not already been a featured daylily of the day cultivar, before adding to your list. Thanks!

This poll will end on Sunday, January 12, 2020.

Thanks for helping choose more cultivars for evaluations!!! We appreciate your help and enthusiasm! Thank You very much, everyone!

REMEMBER - YOU can earn an acorn for each evaluation of both current and past cultivars if they are new evaluations or your evaluation is a year apart from your last evaluation of any cultivars. (NOTE: If, for some reason, you don't receive an acorn for an evaluation, please tree-mail me so that I can make sure that you do get an acorn.)

If there is little interest in keeping the Daylily of the Day feature going with more cultivars, then I will request that Dave discontinue it going forward.

I scanned the list and see most of my favorites are already there.

But I didn't see:

I truly hope the daylily of the day continues! It's an invaluable resource. The honest objective evaluations from different zones are like nothing else out there. I always check the reviews when considering a new plant.
I'll check which ones I have that haven't been reviewed and list them ASAP.

I also enjoy the daylily of the day poll and certainly hope that it continues on this site. I did notice that this last cycle most of what was featured I didn't own and couldn't participate in a report, but I did enjoy reading them even though I couldn't comment. I will start my list with those that others are also interested in - maybe these will trigger more responses to the performance report:
Adorable Tiger (Marcie would also like to see)
Pink Stripes (Marcie)
Exotic Candy (Will)
Gordon Biggs (Elena)
These are the four already on others list that I would like to see reports on.

The rest of my list:
Aliquippa
Ancient Wisdom
Butter Pecan
Collier
Crowning Light
Dizzy Miss Lizzy
Gobbledegook
Hilltop Dragon Slayer
Jewel Eyed Julie
King Of The Ages
Looney Tunes
Malachite Prism
Sculpted Seashells
Spacecoast Chomp! Chomp!
Ruffly Duffly Dude
Smoke Scream

That's 20 total so any more will have to be on another cycle. (At least I didn't miss the deadline this time) Hilarious!

Is there a place to see all the Daylily of the Day?? I enjoy seeing them but didn't know you can look them up as a reference.
Will make a list to add to the group.

Today is the deadline for any additional cultivar names. I genuinely appreciate all those who have listed theirs in posts above.

I, too, value this feature and read them anytime that I am considering adding a cultivar to my garden. Please try to post your list by 9 pm EST. Thanks to all!!! Thank You!

Love the poll! Keep them coming : )
No list from me as my data from last summer is spotty at best.
Still want to see everyone else's goodies : )
