I have an oriental lily that has lost all its leaves. All that's left are stalks. Never had one of these and have absolutely no idea what to do with it now.

Welcome! @lazydaze,
Did it flower last year in the summer? If so, then it needs to be cut down at ground level. It will grow a new stalk from the bulb and flower again this summer.

Is it in a pot indoors or in the ground? If indoors would it need a chilling period before it could bloom again?
