| Periwinkle (Vinca) is a perennial plant, but is easily damaged by frost. Just cut back the dead stems and new stems will grow from the roots. New leaves should appear along the stems that are stil alive. Vinca will self-sow readily, so expect the bed where it's planted to eventually be full of new plants. |
