| My Seven Sisters Climbing Rose bush had lots of blooms and is now looking faded with old blooms. Do I prune those off to get a new surge of blooms or leave it alone? Thanks for your help. |
| Your climbing rose will continue to produce new flowers all summer long, whether or not you remove the faded flowers. If you decide to deadhead your continuous blooming climbing rose, simply remove the spent blooms just above the foliage, making sure not to remove any of the foliage since new blooms will be produced from shoots that develop below the leaves immediately below old flower clusters.
