Early white short day onion. Medium size. Greater tendency to bolt than most varieties, about 10 percent. In contrast I seldom have bolting and Chiante grown under the same conditions did not bolt. Really good germination and vigorous plant. Under my conditions , the open pollinated Numex Radiance performed better. White Phantom is a better keeper holding almost two months longer.
