    This Japanese peony is stunning in flower, but takes several years to get established.

    "Paeonia 'Kirinmaru', (3-DB-WH) lactiflora cultivar Peony, (Japanese lactiflora), USDA Hardiness Zone 4, Medium height, large double, White petals streaked raspberry red, midseason bloomer , Michigan Bloom Month 5.

    New growth in spring is a copper-burgundy and turns a soft yellow in the fall. Reportedly slow to establish."
