My small clump has been blooming faithfully for several years now. Jmorth is right -- this little guy is tough!

Unique appearance after being forced ...I usually discard tulip bulbs after forcing them over winter. The used tulip bulbs usually join a pile of plant debris situated on a walkway next to our garage's far side. Imagine my amazement the following year when these were blooming where no blooms were planted. To further amaze me, these same Mickey Mouse's have been blooming in the spring ever since.

Micky Mouse's blooms are smaller than others in this division, but their distinctive coloration more than makes up for size.
