Fringed tulip 'Cummins' is a beautiful flower. It is purple with white fringed edges on top. The fringe looks like white ice crystals. The combination is sure to attract attention when it is in bloom. Plant them up front to enjoy the fringes when they bloom. The fringes are a show on their own.
