MrsBinWY On September 21, 2021 Seeds sown
On 9-21-2021, sowed 6 more fresh seeds in a 4" square pot. Since it's getting close to freezing at night, just keep the pot inside. Nothing emerged as of 11-27-2021. Put in the fridge. Plan to remove after 60-ish days. Didn't take out of fridge until 3-6-2022. No germination as of 4-21-2022.

MrsBinWY On December 25, 2020 Seeds sown
30 seeds from 2020G. Per https://www.cdn-iris.ca/germin... soak for at least 2 weeks (changing water daily -- ended up giving them this treatment until 1-24-2021, so ~31 days), 10% bleach solution for 30 minutes; rinse; fridge for 12-14 weeks in baggie (plan to remove on 4-18-2021); move to room temp (pot up seeds as they germinate); after 3 days warm the baggie to 90-100 degrees for 30-60 minutes 1x/day; after a week or so, return ungerminated seeds to the fridge for at least another 2 weeks; repeat... Removed seeds from fridge on 4-18-21. No germination yet. Started the warming treatment 3 days later. No germination as of 4-25-21. Returned to fridge for 4 weeks. Unfridged 5-23-2021. No germination yet. Probably because these aren't Dutch Iris: The thread "Iris orientalis?" in Irises forum
