2' tall; 60-80 days
PKT: "Prized for its taste and texture as well as its beauty, this colorful collard grows to 2' tall with blue-green leaves and purple stems and veins. Ralph Blackwell of Alabama donated the variety to SSE in 1989. Ralph's family grew this variety for more than 100 years, and his mother used it to make a dish similar to sauerkraut."

Escarole type
PKT: "An escarole-type endive, this versatile variety stands out in Italian cuisine and can be served either cooked or freshly picked. Round plants grow 5-8" tall and 12-15" wide and have thick, green to yellow-green leaves that are tightly folded with a toothed margin and taste sweet (not bitter). A variety bearing this name has been shared through the Yearbook Exchange community for decades; this variety was acquired by SSE in 1989 from Nichols Garden Nursery of Oregon."

"Long-necked and mild mannered. Beautiful yellow-green leaves, a mild taste, and a wide, thick, edible white shank have long made this leek a popular variety in Europe. Described by the French seed house Vilmorin-Andrieux as early as 1856, this rare historic variety was acquired in Alsace, France. "

PKT: "This variety's leaves have the classic spice and sharpness of a good mustard green, and are more substantial in texture than other leafy greens. The glossy, highly toothed leaves gently cascade downward, making them an attractive addition to the vegetable garden." Variety lineage can be traced back to Georgia.

PKT: "A top notch mustard that's impressive in size, this variety produces thick laves measuring 15-18" long and 9-15" wide that impart a sweet and moderately pungent flavor and a juicy, satisfying crunch. The yellow-green leaves curl and form a small, crispy head. Give this mustard some space--plants grow 16-21" tall and 20-28" wide. 30 days, greens; 50-55 days head"
