May 11, 2017: Obtained plant (Dug up a clump that grew where I didn't want it. First I put it in a tire and the rabbits loved it. I took out what survived and put it at the edge of my shade garden by the road. It gets afternoon sun as it is setting. My cat guards that area so the plants are safe. Now they are spreading.)

May 11, 2017: Miscellaneous Event (I bought this clematis from Walmart a couple of years ago, May 5, 2015. I had no money to invest in my yearly perennial but I saw this dried up discounted plant and bought it.

I didn't do any research. I didn't know anything about it except what it should look like, generically. I planted it right away.

Every year I would check to see if it was alive. It was but I never saw any flowers. This year I looked early and it has grow exponentially. Flowers maybe this year!

I also created a better suited environment for it. Come to find out I didn't plant it in a bad spot.)

April 17, 2017: Obtained plant (My mother gave me these about 3 years ago. I planted them under the heirloom yellow roses common on UpState New York old properties. The primroses are out of control! Yesterday I removed the old stems to find the area covered with new growth up to 3" round. Thanks Mom!)

It was impossible to capture the rest of the plant due to the sur
