Uncertain, as to exactly why. Although after having given ample time "cold stratification", not a single seed, has ever even began to produce so much, as even a radicle.

December 31, 2020: Seeds sown (Stratification, for approximately 90 days.) June 9, 2022: Plant emerged (I wasn't exactly certain, of the exact date, they'd germinated. While I'd suspect I've finally found, right where I'd sown them.)
